Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped with carriers DHL&FedEx. Since we traveled a lot and will visit the hair factory by ourselves to insure the hair quality won’t be slipping, from time to time, our shipping address may be in Vietnam or China.

Please ensure that the address you provided is correct I will not be held liable for any LOST/STOLEN packages.

SHIPPING FEE INCLUDES: full insurance just in case DHL&FedEx misplaces your package or anything of that sort Please understand that things do happen and It is completely out of my control. If a package does happen to get lost, a claim MUST be filed with said shipping carrier. They will be responsible for refunding you, VVSHAIR is not held liable.

Once your order has been completed, shipping usually takes up to 3-7 business days to arrive depending on where the customer resides.

We won't be responsible for any taxes charges and extra fees besides the basic shipping fees.
